The MET

Last week my design team got a chance to take a field trip to the Metropolitan Museum of Art. I'd been before, but it was soo awesome (again). One of the neatest things we saw on exhibit was Alexander McQueen's, Savage Beauty, a collection of his pieces that were featured on runways as part of his performance art (because really, that's what it was, and continues to be). It was very dark and kind of creepy, hauntingly beautiful at certain points. Anyway, if you're in NYC you should check it out before it's gone. Also saw other amazing stuff! A glimpse is above.
